Bekim Osmani
Founder / Creative Director
Master Colorist / Highlight & Haircut Artist

Bekim became aware of his talents at age 14 and has consistently elevated his skills to the next level. Bekim’s vision of fashion and beauty are influenced by many different cultures from around the world. Bekim’s editorial work has been published in several magazines including trade & fashion publications.

He has taken his vision internationally through his artistry on television and stylist to the celebrities. He was the featured stylist on NBC’s show “Daytime” for a year and a half. Bekim was featured on Allure Magazine as TOP 50 colorist and has won multiple awards such as Makeover Hairstylist of the Year, Men’s Hairstylist of the Year.

As an educator, he has shared his knowledge and creative talents with stylists for many years. Experience, training & his complete love of beauty and fashion has brought an award winning edge to this insightful Artist. Bekim will always continue to enjoy his vision passionately.

Lule Osmani

President

Operations Managing/ Marketing Director / Highlight / Color / Haircut Artist

As Managing Director of Operations and Marketing, Lule is the heartbeat of FLoK. Preparing weekly financials, setting salon business goals, organizing product promotions, and coordinating professional seminars are just some of her responsibilities.

Lule began her career in the beauty industry while finishing her degree in Supervision & Management and has worked with executives of such prestigious companies as Wella, L’Oréal Professional and Oribe to bring the industries’ top products to the clients at FLöK. With over five years of experience in the beauty industry, Lule attended the Aveda Institute for her cosmetology career. Her professional education and training experience within the last 5 years has been under Bekim Osmani and with top companies such as Wella, L'Oreal, Oribe, and many more. Some of her specialities a highlighting, color, and haircutting.

She is responsible for FLöK’s foray into the cosmetic arena with their exciting new line of make-up – the LüLe line, named fondly by her husband Bekim, FLöK’s main creative Master Hair Stylist. This sophisticated line of make-up has been formulated to enhance a woman’s natural beauty, providing a smooth, photogenic finish with natural highlighting.

Lee Cullens

Celebrity Master Color / Highlight Hair Artist.

With over 34 years of experience, Lee 's creativity and passion is to make her clients feel and look the very best for their everyday lifestyle. In the FLöK family, Lee is known to be a perfectionist with customizing a clients individual look with color and cut.

In the past, she has worked in Europe , New York, and California with major fashion magazines such as US , French Vogue, and Elle. Lee has also had the pleasure of working with designer and artists such as Pierre Balmain, Nicole Miller, Elton John, Iman, Julio Iglesias and Cindy Crawford. Her work goes as far as commercials for Revlon, Maybelline, DeBeers Diamonds, Coke and Pepsi.

When asked what makes Lee very happy in the beauty industry Lee stated, " I truly love what I do and I enjoy working in the best salon in Clearwater !!!"

Isuf Canolli

Master Highlight/ Haircut Artist

Isuf is FLöK’s outstanding International master stylist and exceptional skilled Ombre and Balayage expert. Over 16 years of professional experience in Europe, his excellence in variety of color, highlights, Ombre, Balayage, Free-Hand Painting, and Haircuts, Isuf’s talents have no end. Thousands of hours behind the chair, Isuf's is truly the best-of-the-best with delivering advanced styling and finishing. In addition to styling, he is also talented with curls, up-do’s and simply chic styles. FLöK is so proud to have such an artist that helps inspire our teammates and empower our guests to embrace their authenticity.

Senior Color / Highlight/ Haircut Artist

Truly passionate about her career, Emma approach for haircare is getting the best eduction at FLöK on color and haircuts. Soon as she started growing her career at FLöK, Emma schedule filled up very quickly. After a few months, her return and productivity with clients tripled. Emma’s attention to detail with customers has become her passion in the industry. Knowing that her clients leave happy is her drive to work even harder. Her specialties include, men/ kids haircuts, women's haircuts, color, highlighting, and keratins. Emma’s sweet and bubbly personality will make you feel at home.

Graduated school at Pinellas Technical College and daily professional training with team FLoK, Megan was born to do hair. She is the most organized and attention to detail associate FLoK could ever ask for. The minute she noticed FLöK, she knew that this is where she wanted to grow her career.
